Who is Meytri for?
Parents and carers of neurodivergent children, including autistic children and children with ADHD. You don't need a diagnosis to use it.
What ages is it designed for?
Meytri is designed around children roughly 3 to 12. Many supports also suit older children, and you can adjust anything that doesn't fit.
Do I need to set up a profile first?
Just a first name or nickname. Everything else is optional and can be added later, only if you want to.
Using Meytri
How does Meytri choose what to suggest?
A fixed set of clinical rules chooses the support, built on established, evidence-based practices for autistic children, with NICE guidance shaping how safety is handled. AI only helps understand your words and writes the support in plain language.
Does it work without signal?
Your recent supports are saved on your phone and open without signal. New suggestions need a connection.
Can my child use it?
Yes, with you. Child mode shows bigger pictures and short steps. A press-and-hold exit keeps them from leaving by accident.
What if a suggestion won't work for us?
Tap “This won't work for us”, tell Meytri why in a tap or two, and it will find another idea. You can also look through other ideas yourself.
Safety and privacy
Is Meytri a diagnostic tool?
No. Meytri is a support tool, not a diagnostic tool. Always consult your child's therapist.
What happens if things get physical?
Meytri shows a short safety card first, with simple steps to calm things down. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999 in the UK or 112 in India.
Who can see my family's information?
Only you. Strict access rules mean only your account can read your family’s data. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
Pricing and billing
How much will Meytri cost?
Meytri will be a subscription with a 14-day free trial of every feature. The first 500 families on the waitlist get 30 days free instead.
Will I be charged when I join the waitlist?
No. Joining is free and we don't ask for card details. You'll only pay if you choose to subscribe after your free days.

Can I recommend Meytri to families I work with?
Please do. We'd also love to hear from therapists who want to help shape how supports are written.
Can parents share what happens at home with me?
Yes, if they choose to. A parent can share a plain summary of what happened, what was tried and what helped, over dates they pick. It opens in your browser with no account, can be protected by a code, and the parent can stop sharing at any time. Their private notes are never included.
